What is LiveTracks.com?
LiveTracks.com offers true music lovers the live experience from their favorite concerts. We are dedicated to building the best library of live recordings available.
How do I find live shows to buy?
To search for a show or artist: Enter the title of the show or the artist's name in the search bar at the top of the page hit the Enter button. Search results will display available results for artists, albums, and tracks that match the entered keyword. You can put phases in quotation marks to search for just that phrase. (example:
"King Of The World")
To browse for a show: View available show artists by clicking on "ARTISTS" in the navigation bar. Once on the Artists page, you'll be presented with the most recently added shows as well as the top downloaded shows for that artist. To see a complete list of shows from this artist click "View All Shows".
How often do you add new live recordings?
How often do you add new live recordings: We try to add them weekly and are always looking for artists who embrace recording and selling all their shows. If you know an artist who would be a great addition to our catalog, email us at

What format is the music I download?
Our MP3 format is the most widely compatible music file format and is supported by most media player applications, hand-held music devices, and some CD and DVD players. For more detailed information, please see our

Can I listen to previews of a show before I make my purchase?
Samples are available for all shows on LiveTracks.com.
To listen to samples from an album:
- Visit the album detail page for the album that interests you.
- To hear all available samples, click the preview button to the left of the track you want to preview.
- Click the pause button above the track list to stop playback. Click again to resume.
How much does your music costs?
We sale only full album downloads. Albums average a cost of $11.99.
Is my music restricted for only my use?
The MP3 files you purchase from LiveTracks.com do not contain any software (frequently referred to as "digital rights management" software) that will restrict your use of the file. When you make a purchase from LiveTracks.com, you are accepting and bound by the
LiveTracks.com Downloads Terms of Use.
Our ability to offer music to you in MP3 format is limited by the rights granted to us by the record companies. Currently, not all record companies grant us a license to sell their music for download in MP3 format free of digital rights management software.
We are constantly working to establish and improve our agreements with record companies so we can offer a complete selection of music downloads in MP3.
How do I buy an album?
- Click on the Artist you are interested in or search through Artists/Albums/Tracks with our keyword search.
- Browse to the album you would like to purchase.
- Click the "Add To Cart" button.
- Click the "Proceed To Checkout" button from the Cart page.
- After completing the check out process you will be emailed an email confirming your order. Links to your download are displayed on the order confirmation page and email.
- Click the Download Link to begin your download.
What is the Download Manager?
How do I find my downloaded music on my computer?
You can typically find music files by searching for ".mp3" on your computer. If you search for .mp3 files and don't find your recently downloaded music login to your LiveTracks.com customer account and click the "MY MUSIC" link in the navigation bar. Find the album you need to continue downloading. Click on the download link begin your download.
The full album did not download. What do I do?
Login to your LiveTracks.com customer account and click the "MY MUSIC" link in the navigation bar. Find the album you need to continue downloading. Click on the download link to continue your download.
Can I download my music more than once?
You can download your files up to three times on the same computer as the first time you attempted your download. After that, your order is closed, and you can no longer download those files.
Do you save my credit card information on your server?
LiveTracks.com does not save your credit information on our servers.
Is your check out process secure?
Yes, LiveTracks.com uses a 128bit SSL Certificate to encrypt your data while checking out.
How do I un-subscribe from your mailing list?
Login to your LiveTracks.com customer account and click on "My Account" in the top navigation. Under "Your Details" simply set the "Newsletter" option to no.
How do I contact your support department?
LiveTracks.com provides and easy to use Support System for communication with our Support Department. Visit our Support System and submit a ticket with your problems. One of our support staff will get back with you ASAP.
Can I get my music on LiveTracks.com?
If you are an artists who records and sells your live performances and would like to sell your music through LiveTracks.com, please contact us at
